Terms of Service

By using files22 you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

files22 lets you upload, store, and share files. Free and paid tiers have different storage limits and download speeds. We may change features, limits, or pricing over time.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you upload and share, and you must have the rights to it. Do not use files22 to harm others, break the law, or abuse the service (including attempting to circumvent storage quotas or download-speed limits).

Prohibited content

You may not upload, store, or share:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content endangering children — zero tolerance; reported to authorities/NCMEC.
• Terrorist or violent-extremist content, or content promoting mass violence.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”) and content sexualising real people without consent.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing kits, or exploit kits.
• Doxxing — publishing others’ private personal data without consent.
• Content infringing copyright, trademark, or other IP you don’t own or license (DMCA-style takedowns honored).
• Fraud, scams, stolen data or credentials, carding, counterfeit goods.
• Illegal goods or services — weapons, explosives, controlled drugs, etc.
• Hateful content inciting violence against protected groups.
• Anything used to circumvent our throttling, quotas, or security, or to attack the service.

Enforcement

Content that is illegal or violates these Terms is deleted without prior notice, and the responsible account may be suspended or terminated. We may report illegal content and activity to law enforcement. Anyone can report content via the report link on any share page or at /report.

Accounts & billing

Paid plans (Plus $9.99/mo — 1 TB; Pro $24.99/mo — 5 TB) renew until cancelled via our processor (Creem). If a subscription lapses, storage above the free 250 MB limit is removed after a short grace period (largest files first). Inactive free accounts may be deleted after prolonged inactivity, with email notice.

No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, files22/XXII Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction. We may update them; continued use means you accept the changes. Contact: legal@files22.cc.
